SAVE
Ministry Discernment Process
Helping business leaders steward generosity wisely by prayerfully discerning ministries and their leadership.
SAVE exists to serve both Kingdom-minded business leaders and faithful nonprofit leaders by creating clarity, trust, and alignment.
Before financial partnership or public endorsement, SAVE walks ministries through a prayerful discernment process focused on leadership integrity, doctrine, stewardship, and fruit.
This page outlines the two steps in that process and provides the appropriate intake links.
the process
Ministry Inquiry (Initial Alignment)

Deep Vetting Intake (By Invitation)
The Deep Vetting Intake is the second step in SAVE’s discernment process and is completed by invitation only after review of the initial inquiry.

You should only complete this intake if:

You are prepared for transparent, prayerful review
You are open to conversation and refinement

step 2
After submission, SAVE will:
Review responses prayerfully
Conduct follow-up conversations and interviews as needed
Plan an onsite visit to meet the leadership team
Discern alignment and readiness
Communicate next steps clearly and respectfully
SAVE may:
Invite further partnership
Recommend a season of development
Or pause the process at this time
Each outcome is handled with honor and clarity.
step 3
USA Missionaries Testimonial
Partnering with SAVE has been a gift to our ministry.
From the beginning, SAVE demonstrated that trust is something to be earned, leadership must be healthy, and fruit must be lasting. Their process was never about judgment, but about care, care for leaders, care for donors, and care for the integrity of the mission God has entrusted to us.
Through SAVE, USA Missionaries has been connected with Kingdom-minded business leaders and fellow ministry leaders who share a heart for stewarding resources well and advancing the Gospel with faithfulness and accountability. Those relationships have strengthened our mission and expanded our impact in ways we could not have done alone.
We are grateful for SAVE’s commitment to protecting leaders, protecting donors, strengthening ministries, and ultimately honoring Jesus Christ in every partnership. Walking this road alongside SAVE has been marked by humility, prayer, and a shared desire to see lasting Kingdom fruit.
